Foggy Otis formed somewhere around 2009-ish when John and Lee met at a jam where they each showed up packing harmonicas, ukuleles and kazoos.

The group was complete when Pete showed up armed with a guitar and a bunch of songs.

Its a casual bunch of guys taking their time and letting things germinate...
